HOUSE FOR HUMAN

HOMECOMING TO ONESELF.HOMECOMING TO EACH OTHER.HOMECOMING TO THE EARTH.

House for Human brings together inner work, environmental awareness, creativity, and human development. When we learn to see ourselves, our patterns, our environments, and our relationships more clearly, we gain the freedom to make different choices and create lives that feel more aligned with who we truly are.At its core, House for Human is based on a simple belief: meaningful change begins with awareness.

AN EXPLORATION OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE TRULY HUMAN.

A home for humanity. Beginning with our own.A place for remembering what it means to be human.Where belonging comes before becoming. For those learning how to be here.

THE HUMAN STANDARD

We begin with a simple truth:I am here. You are here.We are here. Before achievement, before identity, before success or failure, before ideology, diagnosis, belief, status, wealth, trauma, or history, there is a human being.A human being with inherent worth.A human being who belongs.A human being who deserves to be seen and heard. For generations, we have built systems that ask people to earn what was never ours to give away.Worth.Belonging.The right to exist as we are.We have learned to measure ourselves through performance, productivity, appearance, intelligence, morality, status, and achievement. We have learned to divide ourselves through labels, identities, beliefs, diagnoses, and differences.Yet beneath every story remains the same truth:We are human. The Human Standard is a living philosophy rooted in a simple recognition:Belonging comes before transformation.A person does not become worthy through healing.A person heals when they remember they were worthy all along.A person does not belong once they have changed.A person changes when they experience belonging. What is seen can change. What is heard can change. What is accepted can change. What belongs can change. We believe that every human being carries a story.A story shaped by family, culture, experience, history, pain, joy, loss, love, and longing. To truly see another person is not to reduce them to a label, a diagnosis, a role, a belief, or a single moment in time.To truly see another person is to recognize their humanity. To recognize ourselves in them.To remember that beneath our differences, we share the same fundamental experience:We are here. The Human Standard is not a call to become the same.It is an invitation to stand together in our shared humanity. To meet one another with curiosity rather than certainty. To replace judgment with understanding. To choose participation over separation. To remember that every act of healing, every act of responsibility, every act of compassion begins with the same movement:I see you.I hear you.You belong. This is not a destination. It is a beginning.A return to what has always been true.A return to ourselves.A return to one another.A return to humanity.I am here. You are here.We are here. Now let us begin.

Sacred Minimalism

We live in a relationship with everything. The spaces we inhabit.
The objects we create.
The resources we use.
The food we eat.
The living beings we encounter.
Our homes, possessions, habits, and environments are not separate from our lives. They reflect our values, our memories, our relationships, and the way we move through the world.Sacred Minimalism explores our relationship with the material and non-human world. It invites us to live with greater awareness, intention, and responsibility toward ourselves, one another, and the world we inhabit together. Not through perfection.
Not through deprivation.
But through awareness.
Because what we call clutter, consumption, waste, belonging, stewardship, and enough emerge from how we see ourselves and the world around us.

EVERYTHING IS SACRED.

Sacred Minimalism Services

Inner Alchemy

Inner Alchemy explores the process of becoming conscious and radically responsible. Most of us move through life shaped by perspectives, patterns, beliefs, stories, emotions, habits, and experiences that operate largely outside of our awareness. We react, avoid, pursue, defend, deflect, repeat, and adapt without understanding why. We lie to ourselves and others, living from an inauthentic place and following paths which do not belong to our True Selves. We are unaware of our own motives and inner landscapes, and look for answers outside of ourselves.Inner Alchemy calls you back Home.
Because within you lies every answer. Your body is the greatest teacher. Your Soul wants to be heard and expressed.
Understanding the relationship between our bodies, emotions, thoughts, histories, relationships, environments, and the deeper patterns that shape our existence requires us to become present. To come home and witness. To notice what is happening within us and around us.From this place, everything becomes a mirror of consciousness.
Awareness becomes a practice and a source of choice.
Choice creates the possibility for change. And change and awareness are how we become responsible for our realities, individual and collective.Drawing from transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness, polyvagal-informed perspectives, shadow work, inner child work, ancestral exploration, and more than fifteen years of transpersonal hypnotherapy and regression practices, Inner Alchemy offers a space for reflection, self-understanding, integration, embodiment, and deep transformation. Not to become someone else. But to unlearn who you have had to become, so you could finally become who you truly are, live the life your Soul has chosen, and see yourself and others clearly.

THE SOUL REMEMBERS ITSELF THROUGH RELATIONSHIP.

"The human life is not separate from the path. The human life is the path.""Curiosity keeps the mirror alive. Certainty turns the mirror into a wall."

Anneliis Kits
Architect of Meaning

Exploring what it means to be human.

"I am not interested in helping people become something else. I am interested in helping them become more fully human. My work is to help make the invisible architecture visible."

My name is Anneliis Kits.I am an Architect of Meaning - an intuitive, spiritual facilitator, coach, educator, writer, creative practitioner, and founder of House for Human. For most of my life, I have been guided by three questions:"What does it mean to be human?""What is true?""How do we become more fully ourselves?"These questions have shaped both my being and my work across multiple domains - education, creativity, personal development, community building, social impact work, and the ongoing exploration of human growth, healing, and transformation. My work is grounded in a transpersonal understanding of human development — the belief that we are more than labels, more than our symptoms, survival strategies, identities, and personal histories. More than our ancestry or circumstances. From this perspective, emotional, physical, psychological, relational, creative, and spiritual dimensions of life are deeply interconnected.Over the past fifteen years, I have explored a wide range of approaches to self-discovery and transformation, including hypnotherapy, regression, inner child and shadow work, ancestral and family patterns, archetypal symbolism, meaning-making, creativity, and deep self-inquiry. My work is also informed by somatic approaches, polyvagal theory, systems thinking, and an ongoing interest in the relationship between the nervous system, consciousness, and human potential. My perspective has been shaped not only by study and practice, but also by personal experience. Trauma, loss, and a significant health crisis have challenged many of my assumptions about healing, identity, resilience, and what it means to be human. Those experiences have deepened my commitment to understanding the relationship between body, mind, meaning, awareness, and transformation, and have led me into years of intensive inner work and self-exploration.Through Inner Alchemy, I explore how awareness, subconscious work, embodiment, and self-understanding create lasting transformation.Through Sacred Minimalism, I explore the relationship between our inner world and the environments around us — our homes, possessions, habits, systems, and ways of living.I am particularly interested in the patterns that shape our lives: the stories we inherit, the identities we adopt, the roles we perform, the beliefs we mistake for truth, and the subconscious material that influences how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world.I am less interested in fixing people than in helping them understand themselves more deeply and gain greater responsibility.Through House for Human and the ongoing development of Human Standard, I continue to explore what supports human flourishing — individually, collectively, and in relationship with the wider systems we are part of.

WHEN WE LEARN TO SEE OURSELVES CLEARLY, WE GAIN THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE DIFFERENTLY, LIVE MORE CONSCIOUSLY, AND BECOME MORE FULLY OURSELVES.

COMING HOME BEGINS WITH A SINGLE STEP.

Whether you're seeking clarity in your environment or a deeper understanding within yourself, I'd be happy to hear from you.Sacred Minimalism and Inner Alchemy services are available
